What to include
- Your macOS version.
- The tnnl app version.
- Whether the profile is OpenVPN or WireGuard.
- The exact error message or connection state you see.
- Redacted diagnostics copied from tnnl, if requested.
Do not send secrets
Do not send VPN passwords, private keys, certificates, full unredacted profiles, or production VPN credentials by email.
Supported profile types
The current release supports OpenVPN and WireGuard profiles. IKEv2, Cisco IPsec, L2TP, and mobile configuration import are intentionally unsupported in this release.
